Terry Hunt started in the business of forest fuels reduction in 1978 and is the founder of Wildfire Defense, llc. Forest fuels reduction is now known as Wildfire Mitigation. A lot of wildfire science has been accumulated since then and added to the process. We have our fingers on the pulse of the industry and as new information comes out, we adjust our Fire Risk Assessments and Mitigation efforts accordingly. We’re a family owned & operated business in Southwest Colorado.
